It's obviously a fukked up situation, but the dude handled it the right way. You see they were trying to act like he was "resisting arrest" right away as their excuse for using excessive force. Now the guy can just sue and take take money out of the system. That is the only way things will change is by hurting peoples pockets.

Breh was inconvenienced for a few mins, brought more national attention to excessive force and only his feelings was hurt. He handled it well. Hopefully the officers will get reprimanded and he gets pretty penny for the suit, and that he won't settle so that he can pay off those Ivy League loans and maintain a 780+ credit score. I would say I had PTSD, emotional damage and couldn't fukk my wife since the incident and arrive with my attorney wearing an arm sling...

Inconvenienced? He was arrested for resisting arrest and disobeying a police order. So not only did he get his ass kicked by 5 cops but then had to go to jail as well simply for getting into his car and driving to work.
The police department also stood behind the actions of the officers!
