Towns is a weird fit for any team. You'd have to treat him like a star player when he's realistically closer to a complimentary piece.

He's a stretch 5(good) that can't punish teams who go small in the paint(bad) and can't move to the 4 and play alongside a defensive 5(bad). You need a very specific set of players/coaches around him to be a true contender.

Unless the Knicks can find the next Giannis/JJJ or get a healthy Kawhi, stay far away from KAT.

We probably would've lost regardless, but look how the game was called. Considering how game 2 was called I guess it all balances out, but the officiating in the NBA is the only officiating in any sport that I actively hate.

Grime/OG for defense and shooting. Brunson/Barrett for offense. Shot blocker at the rim. It's the perfect allocation of skillsets for Thibodeau's limited imagination.
