The bible states that God created the heavens and the Earth FIRST.

That's actually not true. The first verse is a dependent clause because there is no definite article. The first act of 'Creation' is vv. 3 when 'G-d' states "Let there be Light".

The heaven and Earth already existed.​

What if... GOD is really the concept of opportunity.

Like, dead ass, opportunity or the concept of "possibility" is something that never had to be created. Possibility or "the possibility of something" is the ONLY THING THAT NEVER NEEDED TO HAVE A START DATE.

Think about it...

You could say...,"well, Pres, opportunity had to have been created."

I'd counter by saying, okay, but of we go back further, there had to be a possibility of something to create the circumstances for the original "opportunity or possibility of our something (universe) to be here."

Opportunity is the ONLY checkmate against time because it can always be backdated before the counter argument of "well, something had to have brought the possibility into view".

I personally think it's verging on criminal that somebody educated in the Western World in the 21st Century can still believe in fairy tales. People in 200 BC needed these myths to help explain why 3 out of 4 of their children were dying or why their crop harvests failed etc. We have the answer to most of these questions now...
