I don't measure anything but here goes.

8 oz almond milk
2 scoops whey protein
Handful of strawberries
One frozen banana
Two spoonfuls of Greek yogurt
Handful of spinach
Handful of pineapples
3 or 4 ice cubes
Splash of orange juice

Kale, frozen berries, wheatgrass, ground flaxseed, maca root powder, bentonite clay, half a cup of protein powder, pineapple

Nasty as hell but I be feeling all tingly and energetic afterwards

PS: Mix the bentonite in after u blend...it can't come in contact with metal...

Generally I use some frozen mixed fruits, depends on what I want to make the dominant flavor. But add to that coconut milk yogurt, typically one fresh banana, orange juice, sometimes cinnamon, honey.

I'm planning to start making green smoothies primarily

Blueberries
Green tea
Kale
Chia seeds
Lemon juice
Spinach
Half banana
Turmeric powder
Cinnamon
Black pepper
Ginger powder
Peanut butter
Olive oil tsp
Frozen broccoli
Oatmeal
Whey protein

It’s about 800 calories and I have it every morning. shyt fills me up till 2pm :wow:

the base for me is always spianch or kale and a banana. then i throw in some fruit and some flax seed and couple almonds. get creative and find out what you like

2 tablespoons of livfit super food blend
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
Serving of cacao powder
Scoop of vegan protein powder
1/2 cup of old fashioned oats

on a workout day i usually add a serving of brown rice flour to the mix for extra carbs and calories
