I don't think I did? Even with missing whatever years in the 90s, he's easily the most accomplished player of the decade

Right and I wasn't questioning his status as number 1. I was questioning the "every year" argument and Mike is a perfect example as to why that isn't the best criteria.

I'm using it because that could make a difference between choosing Hakeem or Malone. We know Dream got two titles, but it was also while MJ was away. The titles are obviously a big asterisk, but Malone was the second most accomplished player of the decade. :yeshrug:

Keem. Shaq really didn't hit his prime until the 2000 season even though he was a beast. If Jordan didn't exist we'd talk about Keem having 3-4 rings.
You do know the Rockets never played the Bulls in a series right?
