Because people are so quick to quit a job. They are trying to weed out who really wants the job.
If the job is not acting right, that won't stop ppl leavingBecause people are so quick to quit a job. They are trying to weed out who really wants the job.
Nah I'm an electrician. One interview, and 95% of the time they hire you on the spot. There's a joke in building trades that if I get fired on Wednesday, I'll take the long weekend and go get a job Monday and do my orientation and go back to work Tuesday. I'd laugh in a companies face if they tried to string me along for 3 interviews, fukk I look like? Do you know how many jobs there are out here?Just advise you are better off learning solid tech skills that are in demand. I do feel like competition for non tech skills (except medicine) probably go through this ish worse

How is the job though? Does she like it? I often automatically think the people and the job suck when they have these dumb ass assessments.my girl got a job last year that made her do a 3 page assignment, and then before she was officially hired she had to do these security trainings, all in all it was about 4 hours of her time. She was desperate so she stayed quiet, i was on the sidelines like: you know they should be paying you for this right?![]()
