I didn't mention anything about big firms and my views were clear.

If you don't talk to me like a man I'm going to have to ignore your posts

Don't grandstand on me for daps. Don't ever in your life grandstand on me nihk.

If you want cheaper prices go live in government housing. Apply for section 8. There are programs available for you. Subsidized government Housing
Shut yo bytch ass up, you getting cooked.

You’re literally in a thread about land lords crippling the economy on some “don’t come at me nikka” energy. Have you read any of the posts or did you come in here to post your opinion without looking at any of the discourse.
I haven't read the discourse. I read the OP and responded to the thread topic. I don't like my thoughts influenced by discourse.

That said. I think people who want more affordable housing need to stay out of the private sector and focus on asking the white man for more affordable housing. There are plenty of unused buildings in major cities that can be turned u to subsidized housing. The man trying to pursue the american dream should be put under restraints like rent percentage caps but not forced to do the public a favor by tailoring his prices to fit your budget because then, what would be the point of trying to make money.

People like yourself need more government. More hugs. Please use politics to secure more goverbment subsidized affordable housing.

And when affordable housing comes in the neighborhood you NIMBY brothas form up like voltron and get it shut down making section 8 housing incredibly competitive, word to Dave Chappell. Some one just posted an article about vacant properties in NY since they don’t want to rent them out for cheap. Listen do you but this shyt ain’t sustainable. If we can’t get into competitive secretion 8 housing like you said we deserved to live in the streets? Like do you hear yourself. All this shyt is connected and I mean by all means do you, but some of y’all coli capitalist act like tenants are lazy and ain’t working hard enough.

Edit: and the bolded part is a crazy statement, Jesus fcking Christ. There legit is not enough government housing to house all of the people in this country. WE LEGIT HAVE TO LOOK AT THE PRIVATE SECTOR FOR HOUSING. Your comment is so tone deaf it’s ridiculous.

25 years from now dudes will WISH they could buy houses in some of these areas for the prices they're at now. But dudes rather sit around and feel sorry for themselves.
exactly, it's like people are learning NOTHING from the past
ok exclude cities like NYC, LA, San Fran or whatever. It's a wrap in those areas
But like 90% of the country still has affordable housing in some capacity, including the majority of "big cities"
people just don't want to do the work that the people they hate on are willing to do.
instead of sitting around wishing on a star somebody give you something for a discount go out here and SECURE housing.

I have affordable housing near my house and I gotta tell ya. Keepin it a buck buck. 100 💯

I wish it wasn't there. Constant breakins. Gang graffiti. Bad elements (thieves/perverts) in the neighborhood. More and more people putting up gates.

Its not like you can't tell affordable housing is in the area. It's more like you can tell because of the above mentioned.

Let the government find a nice spot where the affordable can get it poppin.

:mjlol:Most of the country can't afford a down payment on a house and paying a significant percentage of earnings to rent. There is really 2 Americas, the one that most of the country lives in, and the other one that people they think they can escape to w/ enough hardwork.

aside: When we discuss economic issues amongst working people, we are discussing a large amount of people, but y'all repeat same micro-solutions. It's like talking to one of those parrots that repeat what they heard. No thought, No Analysis.

Can't afford a down payment and yet the avg car note in this country is like $700 or some crazy shyt and $1k phones are basically the norm:mjlol:
If you legitimately poor there is public housing and subsidized housing already. If you can't afford 3.5% FHA down payment on a <$100k property ($3500 + closing) then you probably need to look at those options.
If you want a house then yea it's going be some sacrifices, save like 3-4 of your income tax returns while you repair your credit and get shyt rocking.

Average car payment for a new car is that much. I believe the average payment for a used tops off around 360-400. Most struggling people ain’t buying new. My payment myself is only about 375. We need a different angle to shift the blame on the tenants.

This why I don't take most these dudes seriously. Nikkas love to call everyone MAGA and be militant when it's convenient . Threads like this expose the real them. They adapt the bootstraps mentality quick when it comes to their fellow man expressing a personal struggle with finances. Sounding like the same exact CACs they say they against :mjlol:

:russ:nikka talking bout just buy a house in this market. Where am I living while I search for this house? If I don't like how expensive Oreos are, I can just stop buying them. People can't do that w/ places to live. It's find somewhere to live or be on the street.

You know what's crazy, remote work provided a way for people to not be so concretrated in these urban areas. Guess what they want to clamping down on?

The whole system is broken. Landlords get high interest loans and charge it back to renters as well as charging market rate rents. Market rate rents are stupid high. Wages are stupid low.. who's fault.. government. They left it up to Business to pay fair wages. They mandate minimum wages that are not keeping up with inflation. So most businesses pay the bare minimum they can get away with.

When people rally up to fight for higher wages. Other citizens tell them they don't deserve to make higher minimums. Whole thing is stupidity and greed working in unison and the people that fight this system are called communists and socialists so the masses deserve their fate.

I been on this earth 40 years. I learned we not all gonna make it. I see why old men sour and lose hope. Humanity is too much in its own way to make the right moves for the right reasons. If I'm here 49 more I will be selfish and self serving. the masses are on their own. Government won't intervene until the situation is dire or they get pushed but in this era of apathy it's not happening. Not when people mock protests and such efforts.
Eat, secure your family and leave this earth to fend for itself. We won't all make it.

Capitalism is God. Our era of civilization is about industrialization and technological sophistication with spiritual regression. That is a deadly combination. And we will drive ourselves out of existence because doing the right thing is not based on human need but business needs.

Great post!

I used to be against unions. Technically I still am when it comes to the public/govt sector. Now, I’m pro union. Can the dirty? Can they be lazy? Sure, but they make sure these companies pay their employees.

I worked in management for Southwest Airlines. In 2016, the cap out for a bagger was 33hr. Why? Because of the union. United contracts out their ground ops and they guys might see 15hr. Does the labor costs get passed to the customers? Sure but the customers are the people and I’m sure they want everybody to get their money.

At the end of the day, we need to rise up against the Elite. Forget Black, Brown and White. It’s rich vs poor. Haves vs have nots. The media creates an illusion that we should be against each other. We all should unite against the money and politicians who keep them in power.

Last, I have a rental in Tampa. 100 year old home that’s only 1200SF. What is the “market rate”? $2200. Who would pay $2200 to live in the hood of Tampa? The Whites are coming to Ybor. It’s unfortunate. What do I charge for a 3/2? $1995. Do I feel as though I’m doing my part to get my neighbors/brothers? Hell naw. Rent for a place like that 5 years ago might have been $1200. Old school landlords know about the %1 rule. The game is messed up now. I’m just glad I have two homes to pass down to my girls because in 20 years you can only imagine the rent prices.
