I know I don't. I place my self-worth on who I am as a person, what I have accomplished, my goals and aspirations I am working towards etc.
Getting a lot of women in bed is a skill and not having that skill doesn't make you less of a man.
Men do however need to know how to interact and communicate with women effectively and respectfully.

I believe as a basic instinct every person wants to be desired, it isn't so much overestimating the value of sexual organs of either group but a need to have someone other than yourself to add solidarity to your life.
