Its usually ( and unfairly) assumed that the single mothers either played or rejected or looked over the "nice guys" to mess with the "ain't shyt nikkas" in her "prime" i.e. before she had offspring. While this may be true in some SOME cases, cats who come in after the fact feel a way because they have to deal with the aftermath while the baby daddy gets to do whatever he wants while ignoring the consequences. And as someone said, women have to allow us to enter between their legs. And as I've said, women don't think logically. If the deadbeat dad knows how to pull on her emotions strings and make her feel "that thing" she thinks is love and affection, the panties slide right off without second thought. I do believe men should be held accountable but then the single mothers don't even bother. She just says "he ain't shyt" and keeps it moving

Hmmm....why do men on The Coli hate single mothers? Well, let's see.

1. Many of the single mothers were once, and maybe still are, the same attractive women that many a Coli male has complained about not giving him any play when he was young. Or even when he was not so young but was still not her cup of tea even after the IT certs.

2. Some were raised by single mothers and have unresolved anger from whence they came.

3. Some have actually dated single mothers only to lose said single mother to the baby daddy who comes and goes with the woman as he pleases. Causing the Coli male to resent the woman for taking his presence for granted, especially in comparison to an "aint sh#t n#gga"

I would say those are the top reasons. Now, there are some Coli males who do not hate single mothers. They point out backwards behavior and decision making across the board, including single mothers who engage in such. They may or may not choose to date single mothers.

The biggest issue pertaining to the subject is the lack of nuance as @wickedsm mentioned.

The single mother epidemic is not something to be proud of, we should be embarrassed by it. It's nothing but an indicator of where black male - female relations are at.
