I didn't go gym for two years after switching jobs. Gained weight and got into a bad routine.
Forced myself to cut all sugary drinks and fast food for three months. Lost 15KG and got back into the gym, colleagues, friends, family they all notice the change.
Got nothing but positive vibes from breaking a bad routine. You just need to be honest with yourself, I just wish I did it a while ago.
