I'm not sure you are making a point...
and...
I think you're simply wrong on my second point...it's easier to ignore the disease and die from it rather to tackle it head on...
I was still editing:

What? What i am discussing is the fact that the vast majority of first generation immigrants from europe asia and india are coming to the US with enough wealth to start a business. This is THEIR 1%. I am discussing the gap between that wealth and most of black america. I want you to address how you expect black americans enmasse to "start businesses in the hood" when most dont have disposible money on deck to invest.

For the record....Our 1% of black wealth could build 100 businesses each in bombay.

And this:

Doesnt...mean anythinng

the whole idea of immigration is that rich people with money come over to buy stuff, that why that whole give me "your tired, you poor" shiet is nonsense, even mexicans who get pulled out the river, they get with a job and a connect on a place to stay. we came over here with nothing but chains and to this day, they make sure we work hard for every single drop.

I'm a immigrant, so I'll tell you since you're not as familiar with your own country's immigration laws as I am. To migrant into the US for work purposes is done TWO ways: 1 way is through formal education (going to college and hopefully landing a job) the 2nd way is through an investors visa where you have to spend $500,000 and create jobs for at least 10 US citizens. Both of these ways are painfully expensive so if you're doing either one you're well off and can make it in the US without any assistance.

And btw, i think me and @daemonova are the only people so far in here who actually understand "the disease" @thereheis

*adds one more to the list*

Edit: to reinforce realfG's second way, i know multiple cpas and lawyers who specialize in bringing wealthy immigrants to the us by helping the, buy businesses like hotels and motels and apartment complexes, and helping them hire people, so they get citizenship. That is a very direct answer to the OP.

you edited you post to substantiate your initial point...

but what you're referring to underscores my initial point...financial literacy (i.e. saving and investing) and knowing how to grow your money is a key factor in order to obtain the capital to get that small business loan...

heck, there are ear marked small minority business loans and programs just dying for some folks to take advantage of them...

You cant get a small business loan if you dont have equity in the business in the first place. Those same minority business loans are also being applied by immigrants with permenant residence....and money...

Realfg's post explains it best.

We are comparing their < 1% to the black 99% (and we are just 10% of american population)

I disagree entirely...well not entirely...but I think comparing how immigrants start a business and how black folks can start a business are mutually exclusive...besides you don't need "equity in the business" ...you simply need collateral to back the loan....
"Equity" in the business accumulates as the business itself grows...which can be used to grow the business down the road

As for the minority business loans...black folks aren't even applying for them...in many cities, the resources go completely unused

I do this professionally. I say this as respectfully as possible:

You are erroneous in every sentence with the exception of the last comma.

Most the country is dirt poor anyway

But they also have a huge middle to upper class which probably have an equal population to that of the entire US census considering that there's are over a billion people there.

If you think these rich immigrants are using US banks to finance their ventures you need to think again.
