Ironically, a lot of low-self esteem dudes and incels have interesting hobbies and skillsets they brush off.

I used to be like that when I was younger. If I had no girl I'd be like starting questioning everything about me, but if I did have a woman then suddenly I felt like my stock increased. Which like you say shouldn't be. Now that I'm older I look back and laugh at stuff like that. Women, looks, money all come and go and can come and go again. Enjoy the little things in life.

Young men aren’t confident because they have nothing to be confident about. Oftentimes their only accomplishments are graduating high school, being employed, and not having a criminal record; yet somehow believe they should be praised for their mediocrity.

Social Media is a huge hugbox for women. Men and women alike fluff the egos of our generation of women so most of them are entitled and sometimes thotty.

Social media for men that aren't white is just one big demoralization psyop. Our generation lives most of our lives on their internet so we're always seeing how we're too poor or not tall enough or don't have enough swag. Either by attractive women or other men. Do you know what I mean?

All social media is geared towards Women. From what trends, to how the algorithm works. A new trend on IG is the “little miss” pictures.. it’s cute.

The problem is dudes wanna force their way into spaces or trends that was meant for women Why as a man would you want to enter a “safe space” currated by the opposite sex who has no idea about your struggles nor to handle them? Why are you wearing hoochie daddy shorts and making jingles about it? Why are commenting memes under twerk threads?

True confidence comes with competence.

Confidence without competence is self delusion.

Growing up without any experience of mastery and genuine success = lack of confidence that you can handle setbacks, confront reality and be OK no matter what.

On a deeper level, true confidence has to be anchored in the truly Transcendent Reality. But most ppl don't wanna hear that.

It starts with school and family. A confident Black boy is seen as "cocky" or "stuck up". Teachers in school favor girls from the jump, and family uses boys as a scapegoat or as a mule to do heavy lifting chores around the house. Alot of parents indirectly teach their sons that having brawn is more important than having brains. That will destroy any confidence in young males

Men in the past had to be competent. They had to know how to hunt, grow and preserve food, find business opportunities, defend from predators, and fight in wars.

Men in 2022 don't even want to approach a woman they think is attractive. I've heard nikkas on this site even say it's not fair that a man has to lead in a relationship or decide where to eat when they go out.

They're much comfortable being at home swiping left and right hoping a chick matches with him

Between single moms and Alot of the Men(old heads) come from that Temptations Treat her like a Lady Era and that mentality is indoctrined in alot of young men early. They do all of that old school simp shyt in this day and age and be left with a culture shock when the bytch laugh at them and rip their heart out to go with a nikkah that don't care about them.

Someone broke the first rule about Fight Club and kept pillow talking after they were reprimanded and weren't thrown out.
They brought wifey or bae around boys club.
Too many pissing contests.
Renegade lifestyle practices.
Not enough mentorship.

Leaving young men behind with disgruntled baby mamas with a Willie Lynch agenda.
Some fathers didn't want to make the attempt to earn their purple heart.

So many young men lack self-confidence because no older men instilled them with it.
And the feminists saw this and took advantage.

Plus social media, shyt rough out here and every so often I see people my age or younger going out, doing shyt, etc.

I know it ain't real life, but the lines are too blurred and sometimes I'm just tired of trying my hardest

Add in the fact wealth inequality has it so some men are able to live like supermen, while others are struggling with fulfilling the bare minimum of “manhood” even though they are trying their hardest.
