Da city where the skinny nikkas die
because its a loser franchise

they've never won anything
they have no legendary moments
they have no conference finals appearances
they have no titles
they have no great coaches
they have one great player

why would you subject yourself to a team with decades and decades of failure to average performance? Can't you do better in any market? The Houston Rockets make the Atlanta Hawks look like the Boston Celtics.

:childplease: It's not like Miami was some world class organization before Bron got there. none of that shyt matters if these newc00ns form a super team.

Because this isn't the late 90's, early 00's anymore.

Atlanta at one point was an entertainment CAPITAL for black ppl. Every dope new song or movement was from ATL at one point. And it was THE spot for bourgeois women who identified with Essence/Ebony mag and dudes who looked like they belonged on a S-Curl box. :heh:

In the Dirty Bird Falcons, Lil Jon, Dupri, Ludacris, TI etc days, etc....everybody wanted to live in ATL. All that is dead now, and most of the younger athletes are too young to remember all of that.

It really ain't live like that if you don't know nobody out here...in Miami you can fall into some shyt just being out and about. Here in Atlanta you have to KNOW where everybody going to be. But for the most part you'll run out of shyt to do.

You can but it ain't to the level of Miami bruh. If you been there you know what I'm talking bout. I actually like Atlanta more so I ain't shytting on the city but it is what it is. You have that perspective b/c you from here and you know all of what's going on. Downtown Atlanta ain't live like that. It's cool but it ain't South Beach or Coconut Grove. Or maybe it's b/c all my partners still down in Miami so I maybe looking at my city the same way you looking at yours.

Hell
I don't know the Falcons attendance but I'd probably guess since over half the city is black, whites may not support ATL like lets say other teams like OKC or UTAH.

Also, these athletes ain't sweating black women like that, more into exotic looking broads.

Even when the Hawks had Nique they still weren't a really known team like that, I think ATL sports isn't that great ALA Miami who even with the big three don't have a major sports market.

Depends what part of downtown you're talking about. If you're going to Underground Atlanta/Five Points looking for the time of your life, yea you might be disappointed. But if you go to the Aquarium/Centennial Olympic Park or a game you might have a more exciting time. There's beer, music and food festivals happening almost every week. It's the summer so you've got concerts coming up. Day & rooftop parties are popping every weekend...so yea we don't have South Beach or Coconut Grove, but we got Buckhead, Atlantic Station, West Midtown it's a TON of shyt going on. Atlanta Jazz Festival just happened, Sweet Auburn Festival was a couple weeks ago, you can't live here and say there ain't shyt to do, it's not possible
