Relegate IT to fixing computers brehs :barkley:
Start threads without knowing what the hell you talkin about brehs :barkley:
I swear when most people think of IT, they only think of entry level support.

That shyt is entry level... ENTRY LEVEL.
If you're still answering phones and resetting passwords more than 3 years into your IT career, you fukking up.
You have to make a choice of where your career will lead you:
-Network Engineer
-Information Security
-Application Engineer
-Management (Director, VP, CIO/CTO)
-and more
Only 1 of these requires school (MBA for VP, CIO/CTO) so there is no reason to not advance.
Too many people are fine making 50k a year answering phones and resetting passwords when they can be making 100k (minimum) running a NOC, monitoring office uptimes, and configuring servers.
I've done both, both are actually pretty simple. 1 just pays twice as much

@ it fixing computers.......
