Go back and read my posts. You are way too emotional and its preventing you from actually reading and comprehending. I never said what you just said or anything close to it.

The issue is not that Black women don't have issues with our hair. We obviously do. The issue is that Black men pretend they don't and that hair is an arena where they are very comfortable and prideful. :heh: That level of pretending is delusional at worst and hilariously inaccurate at best. The other issue is that Black men purposefully and delusionally ignore all other areas that point to self hatred and focus on the one where they feel they can rail Black women on. So yes, the OP is 100% accurate in his assertion, and its funny that all the Black men could do when they came in here is to divert to hair (which they also aren't shining beacons of either) to deflect from their self hatred.
Yea black men have issues I will agree but its not for their hair. :pachaha:

I see many black men rock dreads, braids and show their natural hair on the daily.

But hey according to you black men have hair issues now?

Ok then here is a challenge for you:
Here is a challenge @PartyHeart

Look for anybody on this site dissing black men like these for their hair:

Ill wait. :sas2:

If you can do this challenge then I will agree with you that we have issues with our hair.

Note that the men I posted are showing their natural hair and not no cut so low that you cant see their hair style. :sas1:

most black males out here have ditched the waves, we aint in HS anymore.

No they haven't. The majority of Black men I see day to day have extremely short hair cuts, waves, or are completely bald. And its funny that you get to say "oh well we ditched that so it doesn't count anymore" but the huge movement towards natural for Black women doesn't count and you can critique that too.

No :heh:

What type of fruitless exercise would that be? The point is that you want to say you can have overwhelming evidence showing many Black men prefer light skin, many prefer features not commonly found in fully Black people, kill each other at astounding rates, do not take care of their Black offspring, and often shave their hair off to nearly the bone grizzle yet they are cool in terms of self hatred because they don't add extensions to their hair.

OK :heh:

Of course it is fruitless because black men dont have self hate issues with our hair as proven by your failure to pass my challenge.

We are talking about european weave and blond hair not simple extensions. Stop trying to change up now.

I hope you notice how you are now running away by bringing out other issues unrelated to hair. :mjlol:

Cut the bullshyt. Black men are not the one's going to extreme lengths to make their hair look like white people's hair. Only black women and black women alone do this collectively.

Running away? :mjlol:

This just goes to show that you were too emotional to fully comprehend what I was saying from the beginning. Look at my very first post in this thread, the one that you in fact quoted and began attempting your deflection from my original point from. What does it say? Lol exactly.

There was no deflection miss. Those other issues of black on black violence and such are issues that I agree need to be addressed.

Its just that I came here to specify that black men dont have issues with our hair and that wearing weave and blond hair is self hate.

You told me what I was saying about that was false so I asked you for proof and you failed.

Thats about it.

Maybe if you were less emotional you would see that.

Yes because black men value white men's hair more than their own to the point where they create a multi billion dollar industry for non-blacks

Yes because black men in droves flock to a television show that depicts them as nothing more than a mere side piece of ******-ass for a white authority figure.

Yes because black men move up in non-black companies by looking down on black women and being the guard dog who makes their white authoritarians feel more comfortable with their own masculinity.

:stopitslime:

Eh. The hair argument isn't the best one for you to use.

Look at how big the tanning industry is? Guess whose money is keeping it so profitable? White women. Same with lip injections

Look at the youtube videos where Asian women give tutorials in taping their eyelids. Guess who employs eyelid surgery the most. Asian women.

Look at skin brightening tutorials on youtube. Indian women.

The point is that women of all ethnicities employ beauty measures that may seem to deviate away from what is thought to be typical for their heritage or modify a characteristic to seem more culturally ambiguous.

And with black women, relaxer sales are steadily decreasing and the companies that produce them will ultimately no longer manufacture them because they're no longer profitable.

Most of the black women these days with long straightened hair are naturals who flat iron.

Now regarding television viewing habits...who cares if Scandal does numbers? The E channel has numerous shows with bm/ww couples. The Kardashians built a top rated reality show and an empire on the backs of their relationships with black men. Black women also made the Game popular and it features a ww/bm interracial couple and they loved the dynamic. Black women are also the reason Sex and the City made a show dedicated to ir (bm/ww).

Maybe if you bury your bw/wm interracial hate far enough you may find Scandal to be a good show. Black women aren't the only ones giving it big numbers.

I can't help you on the last one. I've never witnessed this. There are hardly any men where I work anyway.

Women do not view their identities through their jobs like men do anyway so you cannot assume that we see your perspective simply because we are also black.

Do you engage these bw who supposedly 'look down' on you? Not the best example to use.

No :heh:

so what you see daily is the true standard, right? and waves are a unique hairstyle to afro textured hair. it's something whites cant imitate if they tried. i "ditched" it because most BM out here are rocking styles like @7Revo posted (particulary kendrick and quan)

and the natural hair movement for BW hasnt done much for yall out here. y'all shaved your heads, then stuck with it for about a month before yall went back to putting perms in it. then y'all dyed the shyt blonde or burgundy; eventually puttin a wig on to cover it all up again. :dead:

meanwhile, nikkas that wanna grow their hair just do it.

No, you quoted me telling me that the only reasonable way to say that Black men could show they have issues with their hair is if they straightened their hair or wore blonde wigs/weaves. Essentially you set up the biggest strawman you ever could and thought I wouldn't say anything about it. It would be like saying unless you can show me a bunch of men that wear makeup then men have no hangups about their looks. Its a false equivalency and you know it, because most men period do not wear extensions, weaves or wigs just like most men period do not wear makeup.

Point is, both Black men and Black women have hangups about their hair because of white supremacy. It manifests itself in different ways, and you might even be able to make an argument that one has it worse over the other, then I could see that. But the blatant lying you and your cronies who keep dapping you up to make you feel like you're saying something real are doing in pretending that black men have no issues with their hair is delusional.

You were the one talking about what happens in LA solely and when I contest that with what Isee all of you sudden you see the stupidity in using your personal experience to generalize across a whole race? :why:

Waves are not unique to Black hair. Waves are unique to mixed and biracial people's hair. You, as a full Black man, have to go through some lengths and process to get your hair to look like that. It is not natural and you know it.

And :dead: at you telling me what you see doesn't count, then going right back to speaking on what you see to be an example of what all Black women are like. You're typing like you're bipolar. You might be losing it once and for all over there marcuz.

Beauty modifications are not specific to black women. This is truly a woman thing.

Does Kyle Jenner want to be black? Look at her before and after.

Actually it is a good comparison because men did straighten out their hair to make it look more european. I could post pics from back in the day where men had straight hair. Would you like me to?

Point is black men have issues because of white supremacy but their hair isnt it.

and none of them are making other races wealthy besides BW and their desire for non-afro textured hair -- and black women make up a sizeable chunk of skin bleachers as well.

but hey, if you dont see a problem conforming to euro standards of beauty; dont call foul when BM fall for european beauty standards.
