I've had better p*ssy in the last year then you've had in your life and I personally guarantee I get more bytches than you IRL, and am more successful than you IRL and have routinely fukked girls that you'd be afraid to talk to IRL.

See that, that's called not staying on the subject. And while it's true, it has nothing to do with the conversation.

Like I said, i fukk with Drake heavy. This is all just going over your head, and you have no rebuttal so you're trying to take shots.
nikka i seen how u look
i seen and respected than you a yung nikka that "claim" to drive a a6
but dont start that oh you more succesful than me shyt its easy to post bullshyt on the net we signed up around the same time nd u got more posts than me, u spend more time on this bytch yappin than me, i dont care about no online reputation nikka this aint real life your idol rienscarf claim to be a pimp and he a liar nikka live with his parents and he thirty and u looking like the same time of nikka right now separate the real from the fake and dont yap bout no "IRL" shyt cause u dont know me

Let's Analyzed Drake's 13 Top 10 Hits. First to have 13 Top 10 his is very good. It shows that Drake has had mainstream popularity but nothing broke through and went #1 outside of one feature. Here are all 13 Top 10 Hits. The funny thing is his had a song chart on every number in the Top 10, lol.

#1
What's My Name

(Honestly This would of went #1 either way cause Rhianna was just on a crazy streak that's still going on. Rhianna has had 13 #1 singles)

#2
Best I Ever Had

(Clearly this is his Biggest singles as far as popularity on the charts. "Best I Ever Had" was a great hit out the gate but it couldn't stop Black Eye Peas Dominance at the time. This may have been his best shot at a #1 solo single)

#3
She Will

(Very popular single off "The Carter IV" and of course it was a Wayne feature)

#4
Hold on where going home

(Again a RnB song in which he was able to appeal with. This one got close for him though and was a hugely popular single)

#5
Find Your Love

(This one was also very close. Wasn't a Hip Hop Track, mostly RnB so it was able to appeal for him but didn't get over the hump but was a Top 5 hit)

#6
Started From the Bottom
Right Above It

(Started From the Bottom" just couldn't stop Macelomore's Chart Dominance and the Wayne Feature helped him crack the Top 10)

#7
Take Care

(Again an RnB song and another feature with Rihanna but this time they didn't go #1 but still a Top 10 hit)

#8
Forever
F*ckin Problems

(It had Eminem, Wayne, Kanye and a Rookie Drake. He just came along for the ride cause the other three rappers were lightyears more popular and sold way more than him at this time. Now on "F*ckin Problems" he was clearly the star of the bunch though 2 Chainz and K Dot brought there own star power to the song.)

#9
Make You Proud
Love Me

(This was a Nicki Callabo so both of there start power helped making this a Top 10 hit. Same can be said about "Love Me" which of course Future and Wayne were also on the track.)

#10
I'm On One

(Huge Posse Cut, you would of thought this went #1 with all the airplay it got but Ross, Wayne and Drake made a fire cut that hit Top 10)

If you look at this, Drake's success in the Top 10 has been mostly on Posses Cuts or Features and RnB singles. If Drake eventually goes #1 it will be most likely off an RnB singles or Feature not a Rap song.

White people love Drake, and white people are some of the only few who are still buying hiphop albums. I can't agree with your point at all.

Trinidad James is more popular than Immortal technique, but Drake is more popular than both of them combined. It has very little to do with white perception, or looking like a fool, unless you believe Drake is out here c00ning it up, which is a different discussion.:usure:

I don't hate Drake. I like Drake music. This question was sort of a set up, but it's still valid, and is exposing a lot of these stan's mentalities around here. They are attacking OP, attacking the time the thread was posted, being sensitive, and generally beating around the bush to not answer a simple question.:beli: Drake is the most popular hitmaker in today's hiphop climate. Why doesn't he have a #1 record yet?

Where you go from there is up to you. I think it shows a lot about his sustainability that these records are charting just because of his name, and quickly falling out and losing steam. The man has suspect longevity, and we could talk about it, but his stans are too busy being sensitive to have the conversation. :francis:

You're still a fukkboy for dissing me and getting in your feelings over some nikka you've never met before. I use this Coli and nothing else so of course I have more posts them you. And like I said, you're a fukkboy either way. You don't know Drake do you? So why do you care about what I say about him?
Why you emotional? You can take it how you wanna lil nikka I don't care

I only did that IRL shyt to show you how dumb you look calling me a lame for posting about Drake or what time I post about it. It's irrelevant and stupid and has nothing to do with the thread.

its not about agreeing with me...the proof is in front of you. 50 Cent isnt charting for months anymore...Nelly aint charting for weeks anymore. whitefolks aint giving black rappers that #1 in this decade like they did the last...thats a fact not opinion.

..... judging by the circumstances that this is a hip hop messageboard.

........If I agree that its a valid question for the stans as u say and disregard the idea that billboard is not hip hop..then u have to agree that its a super petty question overall.

I just cant see a valid argument about quality hip hop using a system that has never given Nas a #1 but has allowed Laffy Taffy to be #1 as a standing point...I just cant.

I suppose it's a valid question, but how many rappers have had #1 hits in recent years?:manny:

The single "Take Care" w/ rihanna sold 4 million, yet it only reached up to #7 on the charts.

I bet Drake has several top 10 hits. At some point, # of singles sold and top 10 hits >>>>> 1 or 2 #1 records
So did op shut the drake stans up? Because no one has really answered him
No, he hasn't checked off what the OP says but, Drake Bllboard accomplisments are undeniable.

Drake has tied a record that stood unmatched for 51 years: He charts 14 songs simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100 (dated March 7). The sum equals the 14 titles that the Beatles placed on the Hot 100 dated April 11, 1964.

http://www.billboard.com/articles/c...ake-ties-beatles-14-simultaneous-hot-100-hits

Drake is the titleholder of both Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop chart and Rap chart. He recently surpassed first Diddy with his 11th No. 1 on Billboard’s Rap Songs chartand then Jay-Z for the most Number 1 Hip-Hop/R&B singles and hasn’t looked back since.

Billboard’s most number-one Rap Songs
(name, debut year — total)
1. Drake, 2009 — 14
2. Diddy, 1997 — 10
3. Kanye West, 2005 — 9

Billboard’s most number-one Hip-Hop/R&B singles
1. Drake, 2009 — 10
2. Jay-Z, 1995 — 9
3. Lil Wayne, 1999 — 8

Now lets flip it around........D4L has accomplished nothing on the level that Drake has yet they have a billboard #1 single. If Drake stans need to slow down because not having a billboard #1 means that much...Then D4L's stans have all the right to be super stans because having that billboard #1 means so much.

I just cant see a valid argument about quality hip hop using a system that has never given Nas a #1 but has allowed Laffy Taffy to be #1 as a standing point...I just cant.

Cool. White people have little relevance to this discussion in my opinion, and I don't want to talk about it anymore. Agree to disagree.

Petty to Drake stans maybe. However, the fans of hiphop who don't overly attach themselves to any given artist have plenty to gain from the question and the discussion. It's only offensive if you label yourself a "Drake stan", which is pathetic within itself. :manny:

Nas doesn't have a #1 because he isn't a hitmaker. Laffy Taffy was, for better or worse, a hit, and has something to show for it by being a number 1 record. Drake considers himself popular, you can tell he believes he has pull with the radio and the club that no one else has, and he's right.:ld: That being said, how can he claim all those things and yet not have achieved the true barometer of success for an artist in his lane?

This is cool though, we're actually talking about it. This is what the thread could have been like from the jump, if we had stopped all that stan nonsense early. :smh:

Dude...Drakes music is cool with me......But my life is too wrapped up in reality to wonder why Drake aint got the whitemans #1 especially when I already know the answer.

Nas doesn't have a #1 because he isn't a hitmaker. Laffy Taffy was, for better or worse, a hit, and has something to show for it by being a number 1 record.

correction...Laffy Taffy was a whitemans hit. The same way Marky Marks "good Vibrations" was a whitemans hit that had constant rotation on radio and TV while the street banger "All For One" Brand Nubian was played all in my hood but not on the radio.

You need to specify between what the whiteman says is a hit and what hip hop says is a hit. According to Hip Hop...Nas has many hit songs. (notice how I keep mentioning "whiteman".....if u gonna keep using "billboard" as your foundation to stand on then im gonna keep calling it what it is)

Drake considers himself popular, you can tell he believes he has pull with the radio and the club that no one else has, and he's right.:ld: That being said, how can he claim all those things and yet not have achieved the true barometer of success for an artist in his lane?

Correction......a Billboard #1 is the barometer for what the whiteman says is success...Not Hip Hop.
