On the contrary, there are several well-defined comma rules. One such rule pertains to comma splices, which you have violated in a few of your posts. There are also rules regarding when to use semicolons.

I repeat: It depends on style and what rule of thought you choose to follow. There's something called the Oxford comma. Google it. Some people despise it whilst others love it! I fall into the latter group.

As long as a guy is attractive and confident I don't have an issue with him being nice. I don't want a unattractive non confident guy that then tries to say he's "nice" and blame that on why I don't like him.

Whatever helps you go to sleep at night regarding comma usage. As for semicolons, they are used between two independent clauses that are related .
