My point wasn't a head to head arms battle....
But if it came to that, dont u know how afgans pushed back Russia aka one of the top militaries at the time.... or how guerrillas took over cuba.
That shouldn't be our goal, group economics and protecting our own by us is the goal...
I dont think participating In white supremacy should be our goal, if a brotha wants to be a cop.... good for him.... that won't decrease incidents tho... Detroit has had black police chiefs, but white supremacy controls the funding and institutions. This all won't fix drug laws and rhe prison new jim crow justice system.
Remember this is the same exact system that prosecuted less than 1% if lynchings.... nothing has changed.... they only let up when they need us for sports and entertainment.

what will change things is if we participate in policing our 'own'...participate in govt (especially local govt) and practice group economics....

I said this once before but Irish and Italians were treated like shyt by the police when they came here. Shyt stopped when they started taking over local political offices. Immigrant parent saw their children joining the police as a sign of pride.

the thing is one or two black officers in a PD won't make much of a difference but if you can 20% (or more) of the force as black ppl it will be a whole lot harder for them to be forced to act out whatever white agenda you guys thing there is.
this isn't just about locking other blacks up(because they break the law) but about being a POSITIVE representative in the community.
a black officer would more than likely be more inclined to cut a dude a break for something petty(just like white cops to white ppl). sometimes all someone needs is that "break" to get them on the right track.
why is that a bad thing?

if we can get an equal representation of police officers to the population then maybe we'd have a better chance of fair justice(100% fair is impossible in Amerikkka, but any change is better than no change)
