I see what youre getting at but I dont necessarily agree

All of the 5 boroughs are a lot nicer than they used to be. LI is about the same. What has gone to hell is Jersey, honestly cause I think a lot of folks who got priced out of NYC moved there

long island is not about the same b what are you talking about

where do you think folks from brooklyn and queens who get an increased income go to??? breh check the demographic change of nassau county starting from 97

nobody here has mentioned freeport....

or uniondale

or hempstead

haha like I said to have a discussion about NY as just "NY" is pointless cause all you're doing is scratching the surface

and then we gotta deal with these "NY is more than manhattan?" out of towners lol

just simple google searches:

In the period 1995–2000, 726,477 people moved into the state and 1,600,725 moved out, for a net loss of 874,248. Of those who left the state, about 308,230 went to Florida, 206,979 went to New Jersey, 112,214 went to Pennsylvania, 100,727 went to North Carolina, and 95,952 went to California. The largest immigration came from New Jersey, with 97,584 people moving to New York.

The annual net loss of New Yorkers to other states has ranged from a high of nearly 250,000 people in 2005 to a low of 126,000 last year, when moves nationwide slowed down sharply along with the economy.

Households moving out of New York State had average incomes 13 percent higher than those moving into New York during the most recent year for which such data are available. In 2006-07 alone, the migration flow out of New York drained $4.3 billion in taxpayer income from the state. New York taxpayers moving to other states had average incomes of $57,144, while those
moving into New York averaged $50,533 as of 2007, according to the report.

NYC soft now cause a whole lot of rich cacs have moved into the city. Thus pushing out the blacks to the suburbs. Its gettin to a point where its cheaper to live outside the city than in.

you act as if this is a bad thing. if nikkas don't know how to take care of their neighborhoods, they deserve to get pushed out. let the "rich cacs" come in and actually show appreciation for where they live.

the crime doesnt just end though it goes to other neighborhoods. A lot of the crime now resides in the river towns of upstate NY

this. It doesn't get as much violence publicity in the winter because there really isn't any. Honestly I have no idea what dudes in L.A. are even mad about.... give us great weather all year long, your women, and "other benefits" and Chi would have the murder rate of Wyoming.

ignant nikkas is ignant nikkas, no matter what the city has to offer breh :stopitslime:

Good. At least these ignant nikkas aren't occupying valuable land in the middle of the city when they're forced out. Send these nikkas to the outskirts!

Problem is when nikkas get money they leave for Bergen County or Fairfield or Westchester. That's why ignorant nikkas get a hold and destroy the neighborhood.

The suburbs
:wtf: the 90's in Chicago was way worse than it is now.

"Former residents of the Robert Taylor Homes have said that the drug dealers fought for control of the buildings. In one weekend, more than 300 separate shooting incidents were reported in the vicinity of the Robert Taylor Homes.[dubious – discuss] Twenty-eight people were killed during the same weekend, with 26 of the 28 incidents believed to be gang-related.[dubious – discuss]"
