I feel like I’m a counselor everyday trying to pick my girls up crying about their money problems. And it’s difficult for me to respect their men, if they have to call me for gas money!

My friend can’t even go get her hair done, without her baby father making her feel bad. And she works two jobs! And of course... splits the mortgage.

He’s confronted her with rumors, he strongly suspects she’s cheating, but can’t prove it & doesn't know with who.

Why does she do it? Cause his homie always gives her good advice & helps her when she needs it. They go places together and she doesn’t have to pay, or split the check. they scam and do street shyt together too, so they always hooking each other up.

Her baby daddy? Hes the type of nicca who waits till the 28th or 30th of the month to tell her he don’t got nothing for the rent. He lost all his money in a Dice game. Now she gotta come up with the money. She constantly has to bail him out of jail, cause he stay doing stupid shyt.

You think she gone stop cheating with his better “homie”? NOPE! Cause that’s the only time she happy and doesn’t have to stress.


But why doesn’t she just leave?

She tried. She got three sons by him. They cry, flip out and blame her everytime she puts their father out, so she stopped doing it.


Why would she get with someone like that in the first place?

Right now I'm getting all my bills paid, climbing out of debts and still have money to spend on myself for personal things. Now why in my right mind would I get in a relationship and put a financial strain on myself and set myself back ? For what? This is what you miss each and every time. Where and how would I benefit from having a girlfriend, let alone a wife if she's pretty much taking my finances away from me??? What, for sex? Sex is available whether you're in a relationship or not. What's in it for the man?
