Why is nepotism frowned upon in the Black community?

Everyone else realizes this is how you create generational wealth. If you have a business, you pass it down. They don't give that "Well now son, nothings gonna be handed to you, you've got to earn your own way in this world" speech. Even at regular jobs, these other races will snitch on brothas, set them up to be fired, just so they can bring their cousins in, bring their nephews in to take that position. And if a brotha does put his son on, all the the Black folks bytch about it. See it all the time, we hate to see privilege bestowed on our own people....but have no outrage when other folks do it.

How can you when you dont build up wealth for the next generation and hand them down something tangible like a business positon? You cant pass down a fukking job to your kids...

Thankfully a handfull of us are starting to wake up. Nepotism is what made the jews what they are today. Time we do it to ourselves.

I don't know any black people that frown on nepotism. A lot of cats get hired because they know someone that works there or are related. nikkas want a hook up. The problem to me is ain't many black folks practicing Nepotism.

We will NEVER be treated as equals. EVER.

We gotta make our own shyt, build it and only bring in our own. Too many nikkas are looking for validation/acceptance from whites. Even cats who have built businesses and shyt seem to somehow always allow whites to get their hands in the pot as well, then wonder why later on whites end up taking that shyt over. Don't matter if you let one white in, they're gonna somehow make room to slide others in and next thing you know they're pushing nikkas out, then they're pushing YOU out

You're almost there. The Jewish faith has no concept of the afterlife. They do mitsfas(sp) which are like good deeds, or the lord's work. They're spiritually obligated to help each other. When I started working for the Jewish community my whole life improved. I got any job I wanted without applying. I'm practically Jewish. 90% of my clients were Jewish. I got all my clients by referral. You know what offended me the most when I was a nanny for like 5 years. No black families would even give me an interview. They were the most judgmental and thought I was too ghetto to be their nanny. I learned a lot about rich black people and black people who have been over educated.

Which is funny because most of my clients were transplants from Manhattan, Europe, or Boston. I got hired by Cubans. But I never had one black client. Other than an Ethiopian child who was adopted by two white women. Black people are quick to reject to one another. We don't build with each other. The few of us who know what time it is operate independently because that's how we're going to survive. I can't keep leading people to water only to have them not drink and tell me they're thirsty.
