People acting like its rules to this, this isn't cycling, they not going to get penalized like Lance Armstrong for "cheating".
If this works for them, than its better than being fat and obese

The problem, like someone said above is that it's a short term solution with notable side effects and consequences we don't even know about yet. You can use Ozyempic to lose weight, but it won't help you keep it off.

Insurance companies looking at these claims and going :childplease::childplease:

Look at my last post and see why. It’s off label even more that indication and it’s expensive as hell. I’m positive it’s getting denied. The problem I have with Ozempic is people don’t learn sustainable practices with their diet while using this med. Once they come off they’ll gain that weight back more times than not. She says they don’t know why, but eating less calories and not being fat clearly will have positive effects on overall health.
Yes. This. And our FDA still recommends everyone eats 2K calories, which is crazy. All their studies were normed around 6' foot tall men. Not everyone should be eating 2K calories, especially if they are under 5'5, which is most women. Like the government is actively misinforming the public. I was so shocked when I learned that eating 2K a day was making me fat. Once I lost the weight through eating properly and exercise, I looked around at what is in our environment, and it's rigged to keep us sick. It's really easy to tell people to eat right and exercise, but there's empirical evidence that it's really hard for people to make good choices when their environment is chock full of shytty choices. They literally have to go against the grain to make good choices. The FDA also allows us to eat things that are banned in many other countries. They're terrible.

The side effect of being obese are notably worse. literally our nations no 1 leading cause of death.
Ozempic on the other hand is not even among the top 50 leading causes of death

Good post, but the FDA slander for me is too much these days. They’re a regulatory agency that has to make best practices decisions for a large diverse country. Added to that, a country without the FDA would be demonstrably worse. Americans have to take personal responsibility for their dietary choices as well. Can they be better? Of course, but no one in government rn seems to think to improve. Rather throw out the baby with the bath water

If I was fat, I’d take it until I got to my desired weight, then try my best to maintain it without the shot.

I have a strange disdain for fat people, and I feel slightly bad for it. But I don’t understand how people can be content being fat, or watch the weight creep up, and continue to get big. Fat people take up more space in public.

Doesn't really address the issue.

I guess I wasn't crystal clear, the people who are most likely to start and spread the conspiracies are not in the group of people spend good money to take the drug.

All the usual chemical/biological/genetic fear mongering folks
  • Fluoride
  • Red Dyes in the food
  • GMO
  • Soy
  • Seed Oils
Aren't really spending 1,000 bucks a month to inject themselves with these drugs.

Now if GLP-1 was on every street corner, in all of our foods, etc - then they'd pop up, talmbout the Pharmaceutical/Industrial complex or some other nonsense.

But since folks gotta go through a lot of stuff to take it, the dummies are quiet...for now.

You’re confusing correlation with causation. Obese people aren’t sick and dying because they are fat, they’re sick and dying because they are eating things that clog their arteries, raise cholesterol and blood pressure, cause inflammation, and create poor gut heath. All of that creates conditions perfect for disease and deteriorating health. Ozympic is going to create a population of people who are “skinny fat”. They look healthy but their insides are still going to be shytty. They’ll still have higher rates of heart disease and diabetes because their bodies will still be inflamed and clogged but yeah, they’ll look good I guess.

Ozempic doesn't need a conspiracy theory. People are just fat, uneducated about nutrition and lazy.

So essentially it makes no difference, except for lower intake of these bad diets.
This is not really argument against Ozympic, but more of a dismissal of it.

It's not mandatory like the covid vaccine was.
I think the point is ...

Even using fantasy movie plot logic, most conspiracy theory mechanics sound so fukking goofy. THEY NEED TO PUT A MICROCHIP TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE! While the nikka is holding a fukking cell phone and apple watch.

The magical, scary white people who wake up every morning to hatch their new illuminati plan wouldn't have to put their "mind control serum" or "666 microchip in the syringe" in the masses to have WORLD DOMINATION!! *EVIL LAUGH*:demonic:

When an intern at the illuminati board meeting could've raised his hand and be like,

:jbhmm:
"Hey guys, I love what you're doing but... Do you think using vaccines, cloning Jamie Foxx and killing black celebrities RIGHT before they were about to buy Disney and NASA has become ... pretty obvious? I mean, even smart, dumb nikkas at the barbershop seem to immediately see through these Scooby Doo villains attempts.
:whoo:
Oh! How about we just put it in ozempic, or whatever food our target likes, or since we can clone Will Smith, couldn't we clone a bunch of Dr. Sebi products and accomplish the domination without being exposed by that genius Tariq nasheed
"

I guess the illuminati board members would look at him like...

:skip:"Who's man's is this?"

I’m not against Ozyempic or similar drugs. I’m sure they have helped many people start a healthy journey but I really have a problem with the continual lack of education and discussion about healthy weight loss. I also think it perpetrates this false idea that if you’re thinner somehow you’re automatically healthier. Serena Williams looks fat on paper but I guarantee you she’s healthier than someone like Ariana Grande. But people are taking these drugs trying to get thin and then abandon the entire health aspect. I don’t really blame the people taking the drugs but there should be more regulation and education from the pharmaceutical and medical industries which I know is a ridiculous ask cause all they care about is money.
