Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
I thought we were talking about the NBA Finals?

In the 2007 NBA Finals, Damon Jones shot 56% from 3, Sasha Pavlovic shot 42% from 3, and Boobie shot 32% from 3. The numbers wouldve only rose, because Hakeem would've been doubled down in the post, where LeBron was forced outside the paint. That's the main difference between a Big and a Wing. Hakeem would've been able to kick out to the wide open 3 point shooter while LeBron didnt have anyone open.

Breh, you're being real republican-esque with these numbers.

Damon Jones was 5-9 from 3 over a 4 game period, and he never played meaningful minutes.
Sasha was 5-12 from 3, and shot 36% overall from the field.

You're painting a picture like Damon was 21-40 or something, dude played garbage minutes and made 1 three per game. And no, the numbers wouldn't rise because Jones could not defend his position, he was a liability on the court.

If you're saying they could shut down the Cavs players with single coverage, how would they have guarded 1994 Hakeem? Single coverage?:heh: No, they would've had to double him which means SOMEONE would be open. LeBron didnt have that luxury because he was outside the paint as well.

So, Pop is just going to throw doubles everytime Hakeem gets the ball? And what exactly happens to the Cavs offense when he goes to the bench :skip: You're really trying to tell me that the Cavs team would have won, 4 of the starters are no longer in the NBA and one of them is still in his 20s, the other just turned 30. That roster was HORRIFIC, stop it breh, nobody is winning with that squad.

More less my confidence that Hakeem would've destroyed the Spurs almost single-handedly is why I would choose the Cavs "hypothetically" to win.

It aint like it's a right/wrong answer breh. It never happened nor will it ever happen:heh:

Yes, Pop would've had to throw doubles everytime 94 Hakeem touched the ball or he would've had to watch Tim Duncan get embarassed like David Robinson:mjpls:

Magic and Larry played in the golden age of the NBA. they needed stacked teams to win Rings. Kobe had the best front court in basketball from 08-10 that's how he got 2 rings and another finals appearance. Lebron has a top 5 PF, and best SG(wade) when healthy.

Easy for your frontcourt to look good when they can't be double teamed because of the most dominant SG in the game is on your team. One half of the '08-'10 frontcourt is on his way out the league, the other is on his way to retirement. You can't compare Kobe with Magic, Larry, and least of all Lebron, because he teamed up with two dominant players IN THEIR PRIME in the weak azz Leastern Conference. Let's just please make this a thread about Lebron's day, not arguing about if he's better than Kobe or Larry Bird. He's never going to be Kobe. But Lebron I think will retire as the greatest SF of all time, can anybody argue Bird is better if Lebron wins another ring? Not to mention one on one Lebron would kill Bird worse than Jordan ever did :heh:

My man the Dream is one of the GOAT centers I agree...but lets compare the talent level he had when he went to his first chip compared to Lebrons in Cleveland.

Dream's team was not allstars but you can't tell me the talent level wasn't much better then Bron's 07 team

Houston

Hakeem
tough ass Otis Thorpe
Kenny the Jet
Young gunnin ass Sam Cassel
Big Shot Bob Robert Horry
Mario Ellie..tough Player
Even Crazy ass Vernon Maxwell

Compared to Cleveland
Bron
Eric fukkin snow
Not livin up to his potential Larry Hughes
Boobie Gibson lmao
Drew Goodan
And Bricks for feet Ilgauskas
Old ass Donyell Marshall
Shannon Brown
David Wesley...

Really yall...REally....:comeon:

I don't blame Lebron for leavin. Cleveland didn't know how to build or draft a team around him.

Also remember that today we have all stars such as Demar DeRozan, and Joe Johnson :heh: Half the Rockets team would have made the All Star team in todays NBA :wow:

ESPN all on his d!ck had me rolling my eyes like he's GOD. GTFO!

I would have more respect for him if he won a ring in his hometown, Cleveland but instead of went b!tch out and join with the other superstars while he's in his prime and cause other superstars wanna joins with other superstars team trends.

The Dream won the Championship WITHOUT a good team around him in 1994 and won a Championship with a team that finished as the 8th seed in 1995.

I think Hakeem Olajuwon is the only player in NBA history to lead a team to the NBA Championship without another All-Star player on his team:ohlawd:

That's why he's the GOAT Center:blessed:

Dirk, Duncan, and Ben Wallace all won as the only all star too

I dont wanna compare LeBron's 2007 team to the 1994 Houston Rockets, because it's not fair.

I'll just say this...........Hakeem would've won with the 2007 Cavs:manny:

Hakeem lost in the playoffs to even worse teams with a better cast.

If Hakeem could beat the Spurs with that roster, he would have more then 2 titles. Seattle and Utah took him out, but people on here don't acknowledge Hakeem's failures.

If Lebron never wins another ring, people on here will hate on him forever. Hakeem after the b2b titles didn't even make the finals again, so you can't blame Jordan. Or what about all the years before, he only led his team to the finals once.

Other then Jordan, it's easy to knock almost every great that played the game. People expect championship after championship, Jordan screwed it up for everyone.
