I was saying the same thing when Netflix first dropped. After a while you will eventually see it's easier to just pay the monthly fee for convenience. It's also a good way to expand what you're listening to. I never thought I would listen to Project Pat, but I went an entire day listening to all his shyt.

My muthafukkin self
Im always going to keep my phone and my music separate. Im walking around using my ipod 160 gb every day for 10+ hours a day. Not every streaming site has everything that I want so id rather work on my ipod.

i know ive spent more hours then i should but fukk it, its like a hobby to me to have like the perfect library of songs where i can just hit play and just let that shyt vibe.

i use pandora and all them streaming sites to find new music, but once i do, i download that shyt and throw it on my ipod and im good. fukk paying.

I just can't do the streaming shiit, I'm stubborn. I can find music by myself, I'm a former wannabe dj who still gets a thrill "discovering" music.

All this streaming stuff is taking away the funnest part of being a music junkie
How so? Digging thru spotify is the same digging thru the net. If you're not collecting vinyl, what's the point of keeping clutter known as cd's and further whats the point of downloading everything your hear/want to hear, how is having a file on your computer better than accessing a file from the cloud?

Streaming has made my life much better, all those albums I've had in an Excel sheet as "need to listen to"....I've been able to get thru faster since I don't have to spend time downloading, uploading, and syncing. I'm able to more fully explore genres I had a peripheral interest in. If I couldn't just type it into spotify and start building a playlist there, I doubt I'd spend the time searching for it -- i simply don't have the time to dedicate to this anymore. Lastly, I don't use my laptop often, so going to fire it up is a burden in and of itself

1. 64 gb is not enough, I have access to a couple million songs in a second
2. I don't have time to download obscure indie artist albums it's a lot harder than downloading the latest commercial album
3. I hate iTunes and connecting my phone to the computer
4. Convenience, the amount of music I listen to would force me to spend a lot of time downloading and connecting my phone.
5. The time I would spend would be more than 10 bucks, even people who work in McDonalds will soon be making 10 bucks, which technically means that I could work at McDonalds for 1 hour and buy a one month stream instead of wasting 2 hours a month on downloading, connecting music and sorting libraries in the computer and shyt.
6. 10 bucks is nothing, I won't notice it on my account and I'm still a student.
Breh, you should look into getting the Spotify student discount, assuming that's what you use for streaming.

It's $4.99 a month and all you need is access to your student email.

If you cannot understand the appeal of Spotify im pretty sure you haven't used it. At least the fully featured version.

I don't get why anyone uses anything other than it.
