If 2/3rds of Americans didn't own/have access to computers in 1997, how in the world do you figure our nation as a whole could in any way be considered computer literate back then? People knew less about computers than they do today and even today, most people don't fully understand what the feds are doing with their exploits. I'm sorry but I'll bet my entire coli cash bankroll that less than 5% of our population could comprehend what the feds did in the 90s.
