The Truth
Nah we had a convo abt it and made it clear she was in the wrong. She kept making excuses and had the nerve to say her father and brothers never let their woman deal with vehicle problems. Shes a book smart woman. Ivy league educated but has some weird warped gender role notions.
Should have told her that you not her father or brother

Theres no excuse for being a dumbass. You were at work. You told her what to do abd if that was too complicated for her, you told her NOT to drive the car.

Then her phone was dying because she seems too stupid to have a car charger (probably "left it" somewhere like a dummy) so all that did was put you in more stressful situations. Now you got to buy her shyt, track her down, and keep her from blowing her engine that costs thousands to fix.

If she didn't know what she was doing she could've googled the shyt or caught an Uber until you got off

What kind of repercussions she gonna see from this? All the wasted time and resources you spent fixing her fukk up gotta come from somewhere, right?

Even if she wanted to fall into gender roles on this, she should've communicated that to you. shyt, she should've stayed her ass with the car until you got off work to go handle the situation.

Sometimes these incidents gotta be teaching moments. Gotta let the person fukk up and deal with the stress of fixing it.

Now that you know your girl is like this, what are you gonna do about it?

This ain't something that she going to improve on her own. (see her momma)

So either drill it into her head that the behavior is unacceptable and that she needs to change, accept that this is her flaw and deal with it, or fire her.

Me, I'd fire her cuz she displayed repeated bad judgement, unwillingness to listen to sound instruction, unwillingness to act when given a plan of action, willingness to put herself at danger over pride/being stubborn, and blamed you on top of it.

But we know you're going to forgive her and let it go. Tag me in the next thread when her car catches fire.
Grand opening , grand closing.

Breh everytime I hear these dudes complaining about their girl's behavior....I'm here thinking "why are you consistently putting it up with her bullshyt again? :gucci:"
Alot of men willing to take whatever they can get. It's kind of sad. I had a girl who pulled the woe is me shyt and let a small issue turn into a serious issue.

Washed my hands of her 2 weeks later. Bird brained behavior is hazardous to my safety, health, and peace of mind.

I'm a woman and just wanted to say it's not really fair to generalize us all like this. What you describe is nothing typical of a female exclusively but just any person who was raised without a sense of personal responsibility.

For example, do you sincerely think what you're describing would be typical of a woman who is a high-ranking military official who is in charge of otherd or even a young girl being raised on a farm where she has to pull her own weight in order to help her family?

If it makes you feel better, the average person doesn't take 100% accountability for his thoughts, speech, beliefs and actions without ever offering ANY excuses or deferences.

That said, the young lady you are talking about is a reflection of this, but I would bet a million bucks she learned it from her mother.

Shes one of the good ones guys :whoa: but has weird thoughts about gender roles because of her pops. From what ive seen pops has played :cape:for the family. Which i dont think is a bad thing but has led to unrealistic expectations.

Sounds like you need a new girlfriend. Reading that was exhausting. I can't imagine having to deal with that on daily basis.

Gender roles don't excuse lack of common Sense and bad decision making.

You already making excuses for her, so I'm just gonna wait for the next thread :lolbron:

"My girl was afraid to use the fire extinguisher, our house burnt down!"

"My girl didn't feel like clearing the snow off her windshield, she crashed her whip!"

"My girl lost her wallet but was afraid to tell me, now we victims of identity theft and our credit fukked up!"

"My girl got an Anti-locl Brake System recall notice but didn't want to take car to dealership. Now I'm dead! Be dead, brehs"
