Ah...art. I envy artists. It seems like they have cool lives (could just be my impression though, I dunno)drawing, painting, photo....3 hour classes instead of hour and a half.
same credit hour credits though....it's fukked up.

But what if you don't know what makes you happy?![]()

Then you have to figure that shyt out brother....
You have to FIGURE OUT what makes you happy....
No 9 to 5?
A 9 to 5 if it pays $50++ an hour?
$50,000 a year as long as you're SUPER passionate and love what you do?
Marrying a nice, loving, loyal, trust worthy bytch, and being a MAN about it and never fukkin another bytch as long as you live?
Marrying a dime bisexual chic who you can have 3somes with for the rest of your days?
Simply fukking as many bad bytches as you can and partying your days away, and waiting till 40 to start making moves like kids etc? (think a broke version of Jay-Z)
What do you want out of life breh?
Sometimes, it might take a while to figure out... You might have a BUNCH of things you want to do... But when you've figured it out, you'll know it....
(but really
)
and I'm afraid I'm gonna get stuck in that cycle and forget what I wanted to do. shyt's a vicious cycle man...shytCollege is a scam. People from previous generations never had to go to school full time on top of working full time to pay their bills. College tuition is scamming people.

shyt's hard breh. I dunno what makes me happy at all. I wanted to be a psychologist, but I couldn't handle that shyt for various reasons. Then I wanted some government job, but couldn't get in due to some health issues, now I settled for research (which I kinda hate). I wish I could just do what I want to do, but when I have time off, I just sleep all day because I don't know what to do(but really
)
I guess I'd like to just think all day and be metaphysical and shyt. That was a goal a few years ago. Perhaps this phd can let me do that 10-15 years down the road. But I gotta eat nowand I'm afraid I'm gonna get stuck in that cycle and forget what I wanted to do. shyt's a vicious cycle man...shyt
i used to paint and draw...everyone told me i was so good.
now i don't do it.
it makes me sick.
Why'd you stop? What do you do now instead? And why the change? (sorry for all the questions, I'm just looking for some perspective)

35 Shocking Facts That Prove That College Education Has Become A Giant Money Making Scam
http://endoftheamericandream.com/ar...ducation-has-become-a-giant-money-making-scam
If you're talking strictly financial, as far as making yourself happy.... Man, I had a brother that went from:
-I wanna be a firefighter (soundin like a 4 year old in Kindergarten).. To...
-A Policeman
-A bail bondsman
-A chef
-Join Military
-Start his own hauling business
etc
The shyt is so sad to me... and he was like 29 to 30 at the time.... You not the only one going through it, but you gotta figure out what you wanna do... I went through the same shyt, but my line up was like:
-Start my own escort service
-Do internet marketing
-Sale T Shirts
-Make my own DVDs
-Be a music producer
And a million other things in between..
You probably can see the difference.... In all my examples, I'm basically the boss... In my brother example, he working for crackers (except for the hauling job)
You gotta figure out what you want to do.... You do know, its money out there to be made where you dont have to work for nobody?
Somebody said on twitter, it was the best quote I think I've ever read (or top 5)... He said:
"If you don't build your dreams.... Somebody else will hire you to build theirs"
nikka that's LIFE summed up in bout 10 words....... THATS IT!.... There nothing else to life.... You either working a 9 to 5 for somebody else, or you gonna own the building the other people are working out of.... that's it bro.
You gotta figure out what side of the coin you want to be on....
You might flip flop between a lot of different ideas, which is normal, but you'll settle on something eventually.
Figure out how much money you need AFTER TAXES to be happy..... Then search for jobs / opportunities in THAT order....
Don't say "I wanna cut hair for a living" if that amount of money isn't condusive to the lifestyle you want to live.
Like I said, you'll get it, it just takes patience and perseverance.
. I got the student loan debt, and that's that (I can't get rid of that ever), but do I really need to make 60K+ a year to be happy? hmmm....
