You should do whatever you can to secure a good paying job upon graduation. I mean 60k or more. You live like a damn bum...fukking studio apartment, someone's basement just by yourself. Stack EVERY Penny!! Take on a pizza delivery job just save save save save. Do this for 2-3 years tops. If you invest it well, you should have enough to pay off your debt and have some for a down payment on house as well. Like you want to aim to save $40k a year.

don't live with your fam, but try to find a studio or someone with a small basement apartment. Remember the more you save the less you have to live that way. You only want to do this for 2-3years...closer to 2 years. Man, just focus on finishing school. How much loan debt do you have if you don't mind me asking.
(And I'm still working on finishing up the PhD, but I'm not taking out loans for that anymore, just paying out of pocket)
@ how expensive college became. Even what you said is true, we gonna be suffering in debt for years to come.
