I think the issue is Microsoft has way too many people saying things and doesn't have a unified voice. I don't think gamepass will happen on Playstation or Nintendo because the numbers don't add up. However, it's up to Phil and Microsoft to step up their mind share and narratives about the brand because nobody is saying Playstation or Nintendo games appearing on other platforms. I think he has until this gen to to show people they have a steady stream of AAA releases, and have that momentum carry on for next gen. If it doesn't happen then it will be a repeat of this gen or worse where their core audience move onto playstation or build a pcwe all know Phil tells the truth
