Allen would have 3 rings if he was drafted to the 9ers.

not with all the injuries, bad special teams, questionable play calling, WRs dropping passes, and his own set of problematic turnovers that we all of a sudden act like don’t play exist.

if he can’t do with the top talent he has…. He not doing shyt with lesser guys

He was drafted in 2018. Which means he would've had the same superteam Jimmy G got to play with and the one Brock lost his SB with.

No Niner fan on here has ever called Brock a top 3 QB or a top 5 QB, that's why this is so funny to me. Forget other eras and the inflated stats. Just talk about what Brock's numbers look like vs. HIS PEERS and this is the breakdown. Is Brock better than all of these guys? Probably not but it doesn't matter none of these guys are on Mahomes, Lamar and Allen level.

Purdy's career QB rating is 103.1 even after the bad half last week

The guys making "Brock money"

Kyler Murray: 92.2

Tua: 96.6

Dak: 98.5

Jordan Love: 97.4

Trevor Lawrence: 84.2

Herbert: 96.4

Goff: 96.8

Jalen Hurts: 95.0

Watson: 98.8

Guys making a little less than "Brock money"

Baker: 91.4

Geno Smith: 87.4

Darnold: 86.4

And Mac Jones since people wanna bring him up: 86.9

if I recall

deep in the coli there us an “Annual Josh Allen Turnover thread”

there’s a reason that thread was made.

we wouldve dealt With that… we would’ve lost games

Again, if he so good he should’ve been got to the SB win or loss. Why can’t he did it, but in Cincy did it?

which many of yall crowned too early calling him elite

LMAO

KEEP HOLDING ON
TO THOSE FIRST 21 STARTS
WITH THE SUPER TEAM
BECAUSE THATS WHERE THE
HEAVY LIFTING FROM THAT
RATING COMES FROM.

ALSO COMPARING A CAREER
RATING FROM A GUY WITH
40 STARTS TO GUYS WITH
MANY MORE STARTS IS NASTY.

FOR EXAMPLE WATSON HAD
104.5 RATING AFTER 53 STARTS.

PURDY IS DECLINING FAST
SO LETS SEE HOW THAT RATING
LOOKS IN A FEW YEARS.

What super team? They still have CMC and Kittle. Deebo is the only one missing. Also, Watson was a very good QB with the Texans. He declined because of himself and his antics that kept him out of football.

Here's how stupid some posters are. I'm about to expose some people. Purdy is not an "elite" QB and I'm pretty sure nobody besides a couple hot take pundits said he is. But he's had a great season and here's why I'm happy with ditching Jimmy G.

Jimmy G with the Niners in the playoffs...... 4 TDs and 6 INTs in 6 full games.

Brock Purdy with the Niners in the playoffs... 4 TDs and 0 INTs in 3 full games.

I'll ride with Purdy....

The funny thing about all of this is I haven't seen any 49ers fans say that Purdy is elite. It's the goal post moving that we are replying to.

Dudes like Cam looking like clowns because they've already moved the goalposts several times.

There's pretty much no career counting stat or advanced stat that places Goff above Purdy and before anyone says anything I don't think Purdy is elite or top 5 either. I just don't think there is a clear #5

ITS AN ACCUMULATION OF THINGS.

PEYTON RULE WAS THE STARTING POINT...

ADD BRADYS KNEE GETTING
TORN UP
WHICH LEAD TO ONLY BEING ABLE
TO HIT THE PASSER IN THE MID SECTION
AND NOT LANDING ON HIM
WITH ANY WEIGHT.

ADD NOT BEING
ABLE TO BLOW UP A RECEIVER
GOING ACROSS THE MIDDLE
OF THE FIELD ANYMORE.

No, Carson Palmer started the not being able to.hit a QB low. It was remphasized for Brady, yeah, but it was already in place for 3 years plus. Not landing on a QB, was a result of Rodgers having his collarbone broken in 2017. Not being able to blow up a WR was a lawsuit thing and also a James Harrison/Ryan Clark rule.
