For sure, but not everybody has the ability or the resources to do this and people are suffering to this fact. Health to an extent, can be covered w/ resources. When you have the money, to get checked and proper aid. Your wellbeing has higher propensity to change. People with money have better health on average than poor people.
I'm not saying that people shouldn't pursue their passions, or they aren't important. I'm saying when the need to survive is a lot of folks #1 concern. When that need is fulfilled, then we can make some progress.
