The Warriors are beating up on a team that's missing their 2nd/3rd option players. This is a warm-up series. This series means nothing. It's only the first round. Anybody that has been paying attention knows the Nuggets had no chance in hell of beating GS. This shyt is only the beginning of what's going to be a long and bumpy ride. Let's see if you're still talking this shyt when another team is hoisting up that trophy at the end of the season. My guess is you won't be around for that when it happens.

Nuggets offensive struggles are understandable. They’re without their 2nd and 3rd best offense players, so people are having to take on bigger roles than they should have, and that doesn’t go well against a good defense in the playoffs.

What’s inexcusable though is the defense. How many times did klay Thompson just get left open? Klay fukkin Thompson. If Jordan Poole is gonna hit a step back fadeaway from the corner on you, cool, tip your cap. Draymond hitting 3s, you live with that. But I saw bryn Forbes leave klay Thompson, who had the ball, on the wing to go back to the corner where no one was. These dudes are playing like it’s game 30, not games 83 and 84 against a team you have to stay sharp against.

I know it is. It’s pick your poison. What I’m talking about though is just mental lapses. If klay was running off screens, or they were running specific actions to free him, that’s one thing. They just left him open in the corner several times tho.

Jokic still deserves the MVP for carrying a G League squad the entire year. If you replaced him with Giannis or Embiid the Nuggets would still be getting their ass whooped. The one thing I will say though is the series so far is showing that while Jokic definitely has improved on defense, some of his Stans absolutely overhyped the leap he took based on advanced stats. Dubs are targeting him like crazy.

Except they're not doing this though, certainly not to the degree that you're insinuating. Again, you're only making this shyt up to fight against.

In fact, the loudest group that I've seen across social media have been 76ers fans, mostly of whom are degenerate ass crackas, who've been advocating for Embiid to win, and saying that he's being robbed. Just like Milwaukee fans (on a much smaller scale), most of whom are white, have been pleading for Giannis to win. There's been more discussion around the criteria for MVP than there really has been white folks going hard for Jokic to win. I don't have the entire spectrum of all demographics online, but just from my knowledge, white folks don't really fukk with Jokic like that - not in comparison to other stars in the game. Whether that's because he's not from this country, that he plays in Denver or doesn't have a high level of athleticism, I don't know.
