I doubt that asking me if I'm ok will result in a physical altercation. And if someone nearby joins in I'm obviously going to call the police, I might even take pictures or record what's happening, multiple people sexually harassing me seems pretty intimidating.

I can't knock you there, violence is definitely a solution. But in this case, we want a solution thats a bit more practical.
