What does how I would solve this issue have to do with a solution?
My idea of a solution is spreading info about the issue and urging people to defend one another. How I handle myself is unrelated.
I didn't ask you how you would solve the problem, I asked you What should be done about street harassment, My post take up the whole page so I know you can't be that blind to not read my post.
If you are saying you have no solution, then you should bow out and let people who do have solutions come up with them.

I did come up with a solution you're just apparently missing it. Asking another person if they're ok isn't caping, also I don't expect anyone to cape for me but I do think that asking someone if they're ok helps.
What do you propose I do since you have all the answers, should I just deal with being sexually harassed or nah?

legally thats all you or anyone can do. Not saying that it's ok to be talked to this way, but legally there is nothing you or anyone can do about men or women being lewd to you. Do you think something should be done legally?
