You guys also are neglecting its free advertisement for game you are only seeing one side of things as if its only bad. But I will go your route and say they force gamers to make a cut go to the publishers the court in return would different make companies who want gamers to advertise their product to now directly pay them.
You know how much money a company such as. Ncix makes off Linus videos showing off other companies products like cpus? That company isnt saying you have to pay us to show off our product they send them to him to do it as its FREE advertising. And before he comes in saying thats not the same thing rant because you have to buy the product yes it is the same damn thing cause 98% of the things he shows are sent to him by the company to show off for them he gets his company ad revenue and the product maker gets sales..

It's like this. I used to work as an extra in movies. You werent allowed to show any type of brand on camera unless said company has paid for it. They can get sued for everything. It's the same reason sony movies are littered with sony products.

Like I said imdeed it is law you are right in that aspect but if im selling a product you jave to appease to the masses your selling to like it or not them major youtubers now affect the way people buy games why do you think this isnt being pursued like you say it should? Comparing youtubers to napster is kinda a lost casue Napster had very minimal gains to the companies they were costing money. But as I see you only see one side you cant get taken seriously if you dont see both. Fact is not many major companies running up to take on that challenge not cause they wont win because the damage done will do more harm. Compare that to napster bearshare anything you want but fact is this has been reality for many years.
