Mike LaFleur is the problem.

Any person with a understanding of scheme and how football works would know by watching MIke LaFleur that he is not the guy.

The problem is Zack Wilson cant read defenses for shyt.

He really can't. I never understood his hype during draft period. Yeah he can throw the ball but he isn't a good QB, maybe someone can do something with him but he really wasn't it for me and Jets fukked up as they had the 2nd pick that season.

The guy narrating the video said it perfectly.

Wilson is accurate and has a good arm.
But he doesn’t read the defense quick enough and holds onto the football too long.

Wilson is a guy who probably should be sitting on a bench for his first 2.5 years to learn.

The thing is, he doesn’t seem humble enough to know that he isn’t ready. When he said he didn’t let the defense down in OP’s post, that let you know what his maturity level and self awareness is.

Zach has mechanical issues that can easily be remedied. I literally saw him throw the same screen in the dirt early in 21 and come back from injury making those throws.

He will perform better when he leaves NY and years from now yall will act like I never said this things again.
