facts.

It doesn't matter when you look for a woman. What matters is you spend your 20 on self-building. I know too many nikkas in their 30s tryna settle down and because they never experienced real adult relationships, they don't even know how to be. nikkas be 30 after having fun, and settle into some boring ass nikka.

its about balance. Date, smash women, have a few girlfriends... but stay consistent in pushing for what you want and improving your financial and social life, and breaking your insecurities. Life is a job, the more experience the better you are.

This in bold! I've always said balance is key to life.....u gotta find the RIGHT BALANCE.

Its also important to pick the right gf and one who also has aspirations. Can't have a big burden or liability.

I remember one older engineer breh told some of us......get you a women who an engineer or in college studying engineering too. Yall can piggy back off each other help get each other on jobs.

Them asians do this shyt all the fukking time.

Plus you both will make good money and you can pool your money together and do more with it.

There are like no female engineers, then you lower the pool more when you want a black female engineer.

There are barely any black/Latin male engineers, that ain't gonna happen

I agree with this. You have to exactly date and you may not do serious relationship but you do long term non monagmous things and don’t have any kids.

He is right.

You don't get to experience the "college experience" unless you want to fail in engineering. I mean you can have a girlfriend but she has to understand school is the priority and if she is in an easier major, she may need to get used to that.

For me, I went back to school for my degree at a later age so that wasn't really an issue, but you really have little time for anything else.
how old?

Breh where are you getting this from? There are a bunch of black male and female engineers.

Even if you can't find any you can go to a NSBE conference and get the pick of the litter.
