There's like a curry vs iverson thread that's like 10+ pages where I've said the same things said in here only weeks ago.

There's another curry thread where I say the same stuff about curry.

I've been saying the same stuff all season, and especially since all the band wagoners have been making curry out to be some type of Goat player.

Man I'm not about to do all that,cats had Russ,CP,Kyrie and Wall over Curry for sure.

And regardless even IF Steph came in at 3 at the PG position, he still doesn't make top 10 overall in the league, so which ever route you wanna take he wasn't recognized as a top 10 player in 2013 period.

Oh, I'm not arguing about whether he was recognized as a top ten player. I'm just telling you that he was for a fact, as in you'd really have to pull BS out of your ass to argue otherwise. Like no one can name ten players better without the list getting ridiculous with the likes of Wade, George, Melo and Parker being placed over him.

Here is why Curry isn't on AI's level...and it not even currys fault...the league is much more lazy and less physical than it once was. When I think about the fact that a guy like Dwight Howard was at one point a "Don" in this league or that Dirk Novitzky is a lengend in his generation really signals to the competition level at the time. Every generation has its stars and Curry is top notch...but unfortunately for him he is not surrounded by cutthroat enemies to challenge him and MAKE him become more physical and dominant. Iverson couldn't hide behind screens all day(for one his j wasn't good enough) because defenses would have ran screeners over and probably would've gotten no calls then...not today...and it ain't his fault. He is a legend of his generation ...already, but I just wish the conditions in the league were different (rules, comp. level) that would challenge him to rise up higher than he already is. AI had to be prepared to deal with Jordan day 1...it's a little different today.

Well that doesn't seem right, he finished 6th in MVP voting that year. You would think the people voting considered Curry among the top ten players.

To say no one recognized him as a top ten player is massive hyperbole, but regardless I give zero credence to outside opinions when forming my own judgment of a players game and how he ranks amongst his peers. Curry was top ten, haven't seen anyone dispute that with anything aside from "so and so said otherwise"
