That's a huge difference, we both know why there's a huge difference but still. In 2015 27.4% of black people were denied mortgages, I'm well aware that all white people aren't millionaires but the statistics don't lie.

If you were an emancipated slave with no money and you died with no money, there's nothing to pass down to your kids so black people in this country already started off behind everyone else.

If you were an emancipated slave with no money and you died with no money, there's nothing to pass down to your kids so black people in this country already started off behind everyone else.

This is true.. However, we're still not practicing estate planning..

The people who moved north during the great migration homes are paid for now..

Those same people died and left homes and other assets to their kids..

Its atrocious some of the things these people are doing with their inheritance..

Black people was never taught economics and legacy building and its not that hard to do..

We are 5 generations from Jim Crow.. We would be a totally different people, if we had a concept of wealth building, starting in 1970..
