Bruce Lee was a professional actor. That means he’s really good at playing pretend. Mike experienced real combat. He also out weighed him by 100 pounds give or take.

Weight classes exist for a reason.

Bruce Lee wasn’t JUST an actor. He was real martial artist on the streets and had his own school. On top of that he created an entire fighting style, philosophy and culture that’s the prelude to MMA. People need to cut this bullshyt out with reducing him to just some actor. On top of that. Weight classes exist for a reason in ORGANIZED COMPETITION. Meaning head to head. Same sport. With rules and regulations. Weight classes don’t mean much on the streets with skilled fighters and no rules.

What studios? Do you know the type of roles Bruce had (prior to Enter the Dragon) in Hollywood? There’s a reason he left and started making movies in China. They literally stole that Kung Fu series from him and made David Caradine the star. Don’t act like Bruce Lee had some Hollywood clout.

I'm from the 80s so I remember all of the myths around Bruce Lee (one inch punch, super chi, etc...)

But I also grew up watching prime Mike Tyson getting in "for real" fights lol

Bruce is fast on camera but Mike Tyson might have been the fastest heavy weight I've ever seen (in terms of head movement).

He's top 3 in hand speed only behind Ali and Floyd Patterson, IMO.
