I'd say that Rubio is clearly limited offensively but, when healthy, surrounded by adequate talent, and locked in, he's a difference-maker. BUT, unlike Rondo, he's never showed that he can dominate a game/series or lead his team. And he's a turnover machine, at least more so than Rondo. He's a poor man's Rondo who's a poor man's Kidd.

Prime Kidd was flawed but he worked around his flaw. It was not like Dwight insisting on getting the ball in the post when he can't score effectively in the post. Kidd couldn't shoot so he didn't. Despite this handicap. his teams ran a fluid offense based on Kidd's incredible court vision and passing. The raptors? Their offense is a series of isolation plays with a few picks thrown in. Lowry has a better jump shot than prime kidd, absolutely. Adonal Foyle had a better jump shot than prime Kidd. But I don't think Lowry has as much impact on the offensive end as prime kidd.

Understand, i was not a fan of Kidd. He's not overrated modernly like AI but claiming Lowry NOW is better than prime Kidd is tough to swallow.

Kidd was better in the complexion of the game than Lowry.
Which is really the only thing that matters
Not to mention the best garbage offensive game white boy is the pre-req leader and a pass first catholic school style point guard that was black in the history of all basketball history.
