I'd argue that it's the exact opposite of vague. It's a fairly detailed outline of where he was when they first met and the charity she endowed every step along the way.

The first 3 alone are extremely valuable in terms of assessing the status of both parties at the beginning of the arrangement.

1. When I met her I had no place to stay. I was sleeping on a couch at a friend’s house. And she knew.
2. I found a place later on, and she helped paying my rent for months
