Breh they should have taught us about this shyt in high school really. The fukk we have french classes and PE for in Southern California? Should have had finances and spanish mandatory for all.

I took french in HS, thinking i was being different.... shyt didn't come in handy for shyt:russ:

outside of knowing how to pronounce certain words correctly, worthless 4 years of high school.

But if there was some system similar to how they have graduated drivers licensing would be great. it sucks to have to learn financial literacy cause you fukked up and there is no other option.

Being on time, and understanding the rules of etiquette when being late is an important one.

promptness is the first impression you make with somebody.... being constantly late implies you have no respect for others time.

Showing up to places 10-15 minutes before you're supposed to be there can save your life

Don't F with your credit for nothing If you have to miss a weekend out with the fellas, stay home and keep up with your bills. I F'd up my credit in college and it took me 5 years to clean it up. You miss out on a lot when your credit sucks

Make a budget ON PAPER For both paychecks in a month and know what you have left. The rule is "pay yourself first." Knock out the bills, stash some, the rest you can save and F around with. Being aware of how much you make and how much needs to go out of each check is the first step to getting your money right

I know everybody wants to "do them" and express themselves but If you're not going to be an entertainer, run your own business, work from home, drive trucks, etc.- be careful with these wild ass tattoos all over your body. Lot of people don't f*ck with extreme types in real life. A lot of people are un-hire-able in today's workforce.

Really focus in on building your credit and ALWAYS paying on time. Whether its your credit card, your cell phone payment, or your car payment. Always on time. ALWAYS. No two ways about it. If that was one thing I wish I would have really had told to me it would have helped a lot. NEVER settle with the credit card company if it gets out of hand, don't let it just go to collections. It's better to steal and pay it off than it is to just let it go lol. Keep that credit score clean and build credit history. PAY on time now to not have to pay more out of pocket in interest later. DONT BE LATE WITH PAYMENTS.

Getting those 17%+ interest rates on cars is not whats up. Getting wack ass interest rates on credit cards is not whats up. Not being able to get qualified for a place to live is not whats up. And last but not least when it comes time to purchase a home not qualify for the type of home you want or at all.

I say this as someone who off a credit card at 18 and mother didn't put any sense into. I paid for that mistake for YEARS. Once you have a good credit score and good credit history you would be surprise how different things are when it comes to major purchases. Life is much better and easier when you have good credit. It's super quick to destroy and takes a long time to repair. Believe me.
Your worried about paying on time while you should be worried on praying on time! Dealing with interest can land you in eternal hellfire! Focus on the afterlife! This life is nothing but a passing amusement. I'm just trying to help you! Please watch this video to get the truth about interest (usury).

How in the hell do people afford all that ink so young? I seen a dude working as a cashier at a clothing store, sleeved up on both arms. No way he was older than 22.

i feel like this is not great advice.

i own 3 homes. 2 paid off...

I'd never tell a young person to get a fukking house. For what? At least not for some decades long mortgage TRAP...

They can keep it moving and travel and bounce all over before the age of 40 Just fine, if they don't own a home.
And then be renting a studio apartment at 41. Makes perfect sense. :stopitslime: If anything, buy a house you won't even live in, rent it out.
