That's the earliest I know of to get a huge amount before it gets way too expensive and also the safest the dev as mentioned also has a bunch of stuff lined up for it to blow up even more and it's gonna be listed on CMC soon.
Unless you have a big bag i'd stay away from coins that are already 9 figure MC as the gains wouldn't be as much, maybe a 10x - 20x at most.How TF did this happen
