Should we just go off cloudy memories then? Those in which dudes say stupid shyt like "Horry > Draymond" or act like Derek Fisher is going to be able to trade baskets with Klay?
This is the Warriors of 2017 vs the 2001 Lakers, what does last years Warriors team have to do with this matchup? The Lakers played at a 96 pace vs the Kings, they averaged 106ppg in that series, the Warriors playing at a 95 pace will score 111ppg, they played at a 96 pace tonight and had 116pts in a loss.
I love how you just shot yourself in the foot with that part about the Nets, the Nets played at a 91.9 pace in the regular season, their series vs the Lakers was played at a 90.9 paceNicely done.
And yes, it's easy for a team like the Warriors to push pace and tempo. Shaq averaged 33ppg against that Nets team with Jason Collins and Todd MacCulloch as the centers, please don't sit here and act like they're a huge difference over Javale and Zaza. You don't get it, you cannot trade 2s for 3s vs this team, whatever the pace is played at the Warriors will score around 14ppg higher than it.
Watch the game, not the Stat sheet. Jeez

- Wanna talk about the Steve Nash Suns when they ran into the Spurs?
- Atlanta Hawks when they ran into the Lebron led Cavs?
- Nuggets whenever they face a half court team?
- The Thunder in 2012 when they faced the Heat?
- Warriors last year
- Rockets when they ran into the Spurs this year
- Trailblazers when they ran into the Dirk led Mavs?
Big men and elite halfcourt offense/defense >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Anything else in basketball. Period
"Cloudy memory" is just codeword for "Bu bu bu stats are more relevant than what you see"
