I love my 2015 mbp but I do feel a bit envious when seeing the new 2016 model in space gray, it's just beautiful

:wow:
Don't feel any envy breh, I went from a 2015 to a 2016 and I regret it deeply:francis:

yeah, losing the usb ports would definitely suck.

On top of keeping the headphone jack. The design decisions in that company literally make no sense right now. Seems like everyone is super siloed right now thus the design language and Human interaction decisions across their product lines don't make any sense. Tim Cook is a good guy but he is purely Supply Chain and doesnt have what it takes to run a Consumer Tech company. He'd probably be an amazing CEO at Wal Mart or Amazon.

The battery life is poorer than last gen and it's got a noisy ass keyboard. I miss MagSafe as well.
The lack of ports is a non-issue as I have a tiny adaptor for USB-A and will be picking up a USB-C to HDMI adaptor.

EDIT: There's no option for silent click on the touchpad like the 2015 too.

Man this adapter/dongle stuff is inexcusable. You should NOT require adapters for Basic Use Cases. Think about it, you need adapters to use Apples current and latest products together.

I`m not talking using a 2007 iPhone with a 2016 Mac, I`m talking about using a 2016 Mac with a 2016 iPhone.

You remove the headphone jack from your phone to promote the AirPods but keep a headphone jack on your laptop?

I respect how versatile USB-C is and can tolerate this easily.

The removal of the headphone jack on the iPhone is absurd. I still haven't found a reason to update from my iPhone 6.

Apple are looking tired out here :snoop:

If they were for real they could have done a USB C to lighting with the 7 to show how serious they are. If the next iPhone doesnt have USB C then it will further show how out of touch apple is.

I was able to justify upgrading from my 6 to the 7 because I had 16Gb 6 and it would routinely complain about low space forcing me to delete shyt multiple times a week.
