Your premise is that racists are more likely to not make racist decisions if you target their economic interests.

Point to me where I or anyone said this? I said bigots are less incentivized to vote if their economic needs are met. Two totally different conversations
This is disproven because racists and bigots are not stepping away from their own isms to make sound economic decisions. We have seen this when they decided to vote for Trump.

People voted for trump for a variety of reasons, one being Trump being seen as a change candidate to fix their material needs.

He won re-election simply because people remember covid checks and cheaper cost of living under him than biden/harris
Someone can prioritize health care and the economy
I agree they could, trumps ecomomy from 2017-2020 was better than bidens entire term so yes they could talk themselves into voting for him simply off that. When you add in the racism and white supremacy its easy to see why they did
but also vote for Trump because they think just getting rid of immigrants or having a strong man deal making over a woman makes that more likely.

Correct, voters had been sold the idea that getting rid of immigrants will fix the disastrous economy and economic wage disparity

The problem with the bolded is that for a bigot, part of their economic needs will almost always be based on part on the ability to say they're doing better than minorities at best, and the ability to make minorites suffer at worst. That's why applying logic to racism is a fool's errand. Anyone in their right mind is completely fine with just making sure they're doing alright. You throw something nonsensical like racism in the mix, and that will never be good enough.

Well yea they're bigots, so if the next man ( minorities) doing good they will complain simply based on minorities doing well with that. But the difference is when they're doing bad it's easier to audience capture and incentivize them to gwt off their asses and vote

As Lyndon Johnson said it best:

"If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you."

It's hard to convince them in masses to care enough to vote over trannys or some random Somalian when the economy and wages are good
