It’s all about what you put in your mouth. If you want to lose weight, one thing to do is think like a diabetic. Everything you eat turns to sugar. So you need to limit your added sugar intake. Soda, juice, cake, candy. Hell, get ketchup with no added sugar. Chill with the carbs. If you don’t want to cut it out, then greatly limit your intake. Water is your best friend. Make vegetables a staple of all your meals. Reduce the amount of calories you consume. If you do that, you’ll lose weight. If you add exercise on top of that, you’ll lose even more. I don’t go to the gym anymore because that shyt just fukking annoys me. But I have a decent set of kettlebells and a sandbag. So there’s no excuse at all to not work out. It’s dedication and it’s going to take you at least a year, year and a half, to get close to your goal. I’m factoring in that you may plateau.
