The price is especially nice for the location if being in proximity to downtown is your goal. You can take that price and get an actual mcmansion with yard and space somewhere else in the city. My space is the premium I wanna pay for and if I don't have to see any neighbors the better. What they don't show you is the possibility that in either end of those row homes is the hood, lol, they just carved out a photographic slice for the gramThat's actually worth the price if you ask me.

I actually like it, save for the bedroom needing a door to separate it from the main living and eating space. The Garage is big enough to also turn into a rec space even with a couple cars parked.

cookie-cutter “townhouses” that look nice cuz everything is new…the space is dope tho for a single person/childless couple…idk anything about houston but for those who are—based on the area, do you think that’s a neighborhood that can become run down in a few years once the quality of the homes start to decline?

Downtown Houston isn't that great and there is no advantage to being close unless you work there, or want access to other areas.
7 car garage is dumb, who has 7 cars and buys that house? Or even 3? Damn near more space for the garage than you have for yourself, More garage than yard.
As someone else said, for that price you can (or at least could) get a Mcmansion in the burbs. Better for me since I have kids and WFH.

How you paying for extra garage space and a missing floor??? nikka gassed about the high ceiling ignoring that they did that to only give you 2 floors of nothing.
