Typical new construction in the South. Not the best use of space but since amenities are appear new, people will be satisfied. Length of garage is ridiculous, backyard is abysmal. Could've shortened the townhome down by a quarter length and had a bigger backyard space, while adding a third floor. A lot of these southern new construction come off impractical.
